These are the first words I wrote in the comments of a YouTube video when I finally
managed to find part of the first verse of the poem Schofield recited to the baby at night.
I was absolutely gobsmacked with the poem, his voice, the whole scene and the entire
movie of course.
If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. I leave you with the entire original poem and
the video link to the beautiful movie scene.
My recommendation when it comes to poems, sonnets, rhymes and limericks is to read
them ALOUD in order to play with the intonation in your voice, the pacing of it and for the
sake of the language in itself.
